Fishing has always been one of my favorite hobbies and nothing tastes better than a freshly caught fish. While fishing can require some tricks and perhaps some experience, cooking fish on the other hand will always be easy and requires little to no experience. There is so many different type of fish out there however you can use this simple method to prepare and cook any kind you like. Trust me you will never go wrong!

- Whole Tilapia

- Olive Oil

- Lemon

- Seasonings (salt, black pepper, chili powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder, paprika, ground cumin, lemon pepper, homemade fish seasoning)

1. Prepare your tilapia, dry it from all moisture and make cuts on both side of the fish, just like in the picture.

2. Mix all your seasonings together with olive oil and add 1/2 lemon juice.

3. Using a brush season your tilapia and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.

4. Since we are placing the tilapia directly on the grill grates, to prevent it from sticking, use a paper towel and brush the grates with oil.

5. Now pre-heat your oven to 425°F and grill for 25-30 minutes. Place a baking pan underneath the tilapia to capture all its drippings.
